Custom design has always been a specialty at Skjonberg Controls and, as a result, we have developed a selection of AC & DC variable speed motor drives that can be run both manually and by computer. Our drives can run motors or chain hoists ranging from fractional to 50 hp. Every control features independent brake power output and absolute limit switch inputs. Fully isolated 0 to +/- 10 volt input control is standard. Each drive control provides direction lights and limit switch lights for each motor. Optional digital motor speed indicator can be provided. The motor drives can be run with our manual control or through our fully computerized servo control. The Manual Variable Speed Motor Control features slide or rotary pot operation with forward/reverse switches and indicators for each motor. The Computerized Variable Speed Motor Servo Control is a full position and velocity control system with cue save and replay. The implementation is similar to our industry standard Computerized Chain Hoist Control.
